We want you to love your Coconut Lane goodies, but if you're not 100% happy, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and face coverings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Check Your Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return code.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items—reusing our eco-friendly mailers if possible—and include your printed returns slip or order note inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Post and Track

  Drop off your package at your local post office or designated courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
